Refund policy
1. We provide hassle-free returns and exchanges within 7 days from the date of delivery, with an additional 5-7 days allowed for the returned product(s) to reach us.
For Returns:

A reverse shipment charge of INR 100 will be deducted per product at the time of refund. Therefore, if an order includes multiple items, deduction of INR 100 will be applied per individual item.

Once your return request is verified by our support team, we will initiate a reverse pickup from our end.

Upon receiving the product at the warehouse, we will notify you via email alert or a phone call. Once received, please allow up to 48 hours for the quality inspection and refund process. Please note that shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.
For Exchange:

We offer exchanges at an additional charge of INR 150 (towards shipping) per product. We aim to ensure your experience is hassle-free.

Exchange is subject to product availability.
2. We offer reverse pick-up services subject to your area pin code. We will make two attempts to pick up your shipment. If the courier company is unable to pick up the shipment, you will need to send it back to our company address.
3. Please ensure that you return your product(s) in the same condition as they were shipped. Refunds will not be provided for products that are returned in poor condition or have clearly been worn, washed, or soiled.
4. Please allow up to 48 hours for the quality inspection and processing of your return and refund. Shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable.
5. Cancellations can only be made if the order has not yet been dispatched from our warehouse.
6. For any inquiries or issues, please reach out to our customer support. We are available from Monday to Saturday, between 10 am to 7 pm. We prioritise resolving all pending queries the following working day.
7. Returns / Exchanges may not be applicable on highly discounted products.
8. The customer is responsible for taking utmost care of the product(s) while they are in their possession. This includes retaining all product instructions, documents, and packaging, and returning the product(s) in the same condition as received.
9. If you find that the product does not meet the expected standards upon delivery, please contact us promptly within 1 day of receiving the product. Please provide details of the product and its condition, and we will provide further instructions.
10. If you have received an SMS or email indicating that your order has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 24 hours.
11. The bank account details provided by the customer will be considered final, and any errors in the details provided by the customer will not be the responsibility of the brand.
SELF SHIPPING PROCESS
If reverse pickup service is not available for your address pin code, we kindly ask you to use self-shipping or self-courier services to return the product to us.

Please ensure that the items are securely packed to prevent any loss or damage during transit. Please also make sure to mention the ORDER ID and registered mobile number on the packaging.

Please ensure, all items must be in unused condition with all original tags attached and the packaging intact.
