Shipping policy

We ship across India, fast and carefully. Here's everything you need to know about how and when your Roar Label order reaches you.

Where we ship We currently ship to all serviceable pin codes across India. International shipping isn't available yet — if you'd like Roar Label in your country, let us know.

Shipping rates

  • We do our best to be as transparent as possible. We have shown shipping charges in the cost sheet of an individual product or at the checkout. We charge a Shipping Fee of INR 64 per 500 grams via air transport (Bluedart / Delhivery / DTDC).

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.

Order processing

  • It would be a delight for us to fulfil your order. We strive to fulfil your orders as soon as you place them. In most cases, your order will be expected to be dispatched within 24 hours. Our working days are Monday-Saturday. All pending queries will be solved on priority the next day.

Delivery timelines

  •  We strive to deliver to most serviceable pin codes within 5 days. Please note, there may be a potential delay of 2-3 business days in delivery.

Estimates are based on courier service levels. Rare delays can happen due to weather, regional disruptions, or public holidays.

Tracking 

• You'll receive a unique tracking number from us via SMS / email in your inbox as soon as it is sent to our delivery partner. Your orders can be tracked real time via this tracking number.

Courier partners We work with trusted logistics partners across India, assigned based on your pin code.

Incorrect addresses Double-check your address at checkout. Reshipping charges may apply if a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address.

Failed deliveries Couriers make multiple attempts. Packages returned to us can be reshipped (charges may apply) or refunded (minus shipping).

Lost or damaged in transit Write to us within 48 hours of delivery date with your order number and photos (if applicable). We'll investigate and make it right.

Changes & cancellations Cancel or modify before dispatch. After dispatch, use our Return & Exchange policy.

Public holidays We dispatch Monday–Saturday. Sunday and holiday orders process the next working day.
